Of course all store are good, but It is because this store has a larger number of seats than the others. This store is located next to the huge Japanese stationary store, Itoya and near Apple store and Matsuya Ginza.

On the second floor, there are some kind of seats. For example, you should select a seat at the wooden bar if your mobile or PC needs to be charged. Or, you can sit in a group to talk at a table or sofa. The staffs are nice and willing to guide you to the preferred seats.
